In late August the Ocean City Planning and Zoning Commission voted to approve the site plan for a luxury hotel at 700 S. Philadelphia Ave. Sarantis Properties Inc has plans to construct a new hotel on the property. KYMA Luxury Resort Hotel will feature 62 guest rooms, 8 suites, an owners unit, a 3,700 square-foot restaurant, and other amenities.
